I substituted for Second Brother as commander-in-chief for three years, crushing the enemy forces to smithereens.
On the day I returned to the capital, I switched identities back with Second Brother outside the city gates.
He rode on my warhorse, basking in the citizens' welcome, while I shuffled along with the crowd towards The General's Estate.
Mrs. Thompson beside me grabbed my arm excitedly and said:
'Your Second Brother is such a hero! Even you, who just had your wedding, couldn't resist coming to the city gates to welcome him!'
I was utterly confused. Wasn't it announced that I had been recovering from an illness? When did I get married?
